ARTIST STATEMENT
The jewelry I create fuses antique with futuristic, individuality with comfort. It is both primal and urban, an eclectic mix of found objects and fine metals. I am intrigued by mechanisms and often incorporate unusual clasps into the design. In my studio I am an engineer, an inventor, and a scientist, working to create jewelry that has a history and tells a story.
